What is EPDM?
EPDM is an elastomeric compound that is manufactured from ethylene, propylene,
and a small amount of diene monomer. These ingredients are synthesized to
produce a product that exhibits a high degree of ozone, ultraviolet, weathering
and abrasion resistance, and outstanding low temperature flexibility. These
ingredients also contribute to resistance to acids, alkalis, and oxygenated
solvents (i.e., ketones, esters, and alcohols).
Are there
other products available?
Fasteners presented in our catalog are standard in our product line.
Many related nonstandard items not shown are available and will be
priced on application.
What
are your freight terms?
1. F.O.B. shipping point. Freight is prepaid on shipments of $1500.00
or more of sheeting screw items. (Screws, Roofjacks, Rivets, Butyl Tape,
Grommets, Structural Hardware.)
2. Freight is prepaid on shipments of $2000.00 or more of Closure Strip
Products.
3. Freight is prepaid on shipments of $3000.00 or more
of any combination of items listed in 1, and 2, above.
What
about drop shipments?
All drop shipments can be prepaid and added to the invoice.
What is
Sealtite's Warranty and Limitations of Liability?
All warranties of Sealtite Building Fasteners, expressed or implied,
including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular
purposes are
specifcally excluded except for the following:
Sealtite Building Fasteners will replace any product which, within
120 days after sale by Sealtite Building Fasteners, is found by Sealtite
Building Fasteners
to be defective in material or workmanship. This is the sole warranty
of Sealtite Building Fasteners and the sole remedy available to buyers.

a minimum shipment?

What is
Sealtite's Return Policy?
A Return Authorization number (RA) must be issued by Sealtite Building
Fasteners before any product will be accepted for return. Returns
without this number will
be refused by Sealtite Building Fasteners shipping department.
Any returned product must be current standard product and in
a saleable condition.
Returned goods
will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned
freight
prepaid.
Any special product produced specifically for a customer requirement
and is not listed in our product catalog will only be accepted
for return if
at Sealtite
Building Fasteners' descretion a resale market exists.
